Designed to be a potential tournament course, this meticulously groomed layout offers a diverse variety of design features that are enhanced by the natural beauty of Bruce Creek and its surround wetlands. On rolling farmland, where the Stollery Family horses and cattle once grazed, our design team crafted an intriguing blend of subtle open meadow holes and more dramatic rolling holes with significant elevations changes like the memorable 10th, while strategically placing more than 100 sand bunkers into the mix.

Since opening the South Course in 1995, Angus Glen has set the benchmark for all around excellence that every high-end public golf course in the GTA has aspired to emulate. When you combine its 36 holes, there’s no place that has been consistently busier in the area than Angus Glen when it comes to hosting corporate events – in fact many would call it “tournament central.”

The course has also been a popular spot for PGA Tour pros. In 2001, Vijay Singh won the Telus Skins Game and in 2002 John Rollins won the Canadian Open. With all of the publicity the course has garnered and a reputation for unparalleled service the South Course remains one of the must play layouts for visitors to Toronto.

The South course also hosted the 2001 Canadian Women’s Open as Annika Sorenstam beat Kelly Robbins by two strokes for the victory.
