River Bend is a new residential golf course community where careful attention was taken to provide excellent views of the golf course from the housing. With all golf course communities, it was important to set the housing back far enough to ensure safety for the community. The golf course was designed was designed to offer a stern test from the back tees while emphasis was placed on playability for the majority of this membership.
